In addition to filling out a guardian input form, we provide two data collection options. Â Either option will help us identify your student's strengths and areas for growth in order to develop a personalized learning plan.
Option #1: In-Person Academic Evaluation
A two-hour, in person session using custom, standards-based assessments.Â
Option #2: Student Portfolio Review
Submit a comprehensive portfolio of your student's work, including work samples, test scores, and grades for the selected subject.Â
If your student is looking to stay on track with current coursework and continue building academic skills, a data collection process is not necessary. For each session, students will bring classroom materials from school so we may tailor each session to support your student's classroom learning goals.
Within 3 - 5 business days, our team will review the data and reach out to schedule a 20-minute consultation call. During the call we will review results and discuss next steps.
